COVID-19 RELIEF FUND APPLICATION FORM
The COVID 19 Relief fund is a Designated Fund where the monies received shall be used to assist in relief for people in hardship as a result of the pandemic.
The scope of the Fund shall be used primarily for the Emmanuel Church members, Centre Staff and regular attendees. The fund can also be used to help friends and neighbours that the congregants are in contact with.
The funds shall be administered by 3 council members, Finance and Admin and/or a couple of members of Emmanuel Church.
a. This relief is given at the discretion of EEC based on information you provide
b. Each application will be considered and assessed by the appointed representatives of EEC.
c. The maximum amount of relief per application will not normally exceed £500.00 in any calendar month.
d. Applicants can apply for the relief again in the following month, that is, not in the same month in which they have applied for the relief whether successful or not, if there has been no change in their financial circumstances because of the on-going pandemic.
